Established back in 1926 in The Hague, Culimeta has been henceforth involved since 1948 with the distribution and processing of textile glass fiber products. This is the third generation of the company and it has made its name in the world as a versatile distributor of textile and technical glass fiber products.

Culimeta is a particularly service-oriented developer, manufacturer and distributor for system solutions as well as customized solutions.

Product range is mainly glass fiber filaments, which constitute the basis for of their successful thermal and electrical insulation products. These products are mainly used for industrial applications for automotive and the electronics industry as well as the iron and steel industry.

Another big part of Culimeta's business are door and pane sealings for fireplaces and ovens, and products for personal and fire protection.

The Product:  Our standard range of products covers a unique diversity of seal types and variants already. Apart from this, the development and production of customized one-off designs is one of our strong points.

The supply of ready-to-install products, if required, laminated with double-sided adhesive tape, is a service our customers frequently specify. Special importance is attached to the selection of the raw material to be used.

Even seals for the temperature range up to 1000 °C / 1832 °F are entirely free from asbestos or ceramic fibers.
