Teams consists of 7 experienced mold designers utilizing the latest engineering software to directly take your CAD model into mold design. All mold designs are then validated to your tooling standards and molding specifications prior to the production of samples.

Sino Die Casting continuously invests in our mold making facility and production plant and has kept the company at the forefront of quality mold making and finished Die Casting products. Our shop features equipment from some of the best tooling equipment suppliers in the world such as Hardinge and so on. Every step of the manufacturing is done in-house, like CNC, EDM, polishing and assembly. Manufacture of both simple and complex molds and products with some light assembly work. State of the art equipment and 24-hour operations to meet your every need.

Testing

Mold testing is an integral part of the mold building process. Sino Die Casting provides complete testing services as part of our mold building package prior to production of your Product. We provide in-house testing for up to 2500 ton clamping pressures.

We guarantee your final product will be to your exacting tolerances.
